Chat Chew and Chocolate ~ National Day of Play for Women!

Third Annual National Women’s Day of Play
on March 6th Invites 100,000 Superwomen
To Take a Guilt-Free Day Off

Chat Chew and Chocolate LLC is calling all Superwomen and Supermoms across the nation to enjoy a guilt-free day off and participate in the Women's National Day of Play on March 6th. This day was created to signify the importance of play and friendship in busy women’s lives. Women of all kinds, from overworked moms to non-stop business women are under more pressure than ever before and often they suffer from the “Superwoman Syndrome”. The Superwoman Syndrome is made up of a busy lifestyle that is missing three main elements; time to nurture/sustain positive friendships, scheduled “me time” away from roles and responsibilities and time for self-care (keeping yourself healthy mentally, spiritually and physically) . This March, we are encouraging women to take a day off from to-do lists and responsibilities to celebrate friendship, fun, and a little well-deserved “me time”.

Chat, Chew, and Chocolate (CCC), an award-winning inspiration and events company for women, is proud to host this exciting event for the third year in a row. One of the highlights this year is that thousands of women are signing their names online to total 100,000 participants for a guilt-free day off. Women are recognizing the importance of giving back to themselves so they can be refueled and stronger when they return to their roles and responsibilities! All women are encouraged to "add their name" to the online list of participants at http://www.cccnationaldayofplay.com/  . Through this event CCC hopes to help women all over the U.S. realize that it’s okay to schedule some fun- more than okay, it’s healthy!

About Chat Chew and Chocolate
This remarkable company was created by Dena Patton, an entrepreneur, life coach and speaker. Dena spent most of her twenties in NYC as an entrepreneur in marketing and publishing working 16+ hours a day. But it wasn't until after a minor stroke at age 26 that she realized the Superwoman lifestyle almost killed her. It was through her recovery she found a coach and later was inspired to train as a life and business coach. She then took her doctors advice to surround herself with positive women who were helpful, healthy, and inspiring. Five years later she created CCC as part recovery and part "inspirational girl time" and today ten years later she has one simple goal: make a difference for women, one woman at a time. Chat, Chew & Chocolate is all about providing fun, friendship and inspiration for busy Superwomen, because as Oprah says, "we put ourselves last on our own list."
